Information you choose to send

This website does not offer accounts or web forms. Its contact links open a draft in your own email application. If you choose to email victor@vallinor.net, we receive the information you include, such as your name, contact details, organization, and inquiry. Please do not send credentials, financial records, health information, or other sensitive information unless we have agreed on an appropriate channel.

We use an inquiry to respond to it and, where reasonably necessary, maintain the related conversation. A website inquiry does not by itself subscribe anyone to promotional email.

Browser storage and hosting

The site stores your light or dark theme preference in your browser’s local storage. You can remove it by clearing browser storage. The site currently does not include analytics or advertising tracking scripts and does not set advertising cookies through its own code.

The website is hosted by Vercel. Vercel may process technical request information, including IP address, browser or device information, and request or security logs, to deliver, secure, and operate the site. That processing may occur outside your province or country. Vercel describes its practices in its Privacy Notice. Providers supporting email or hosting may process information as part of providing those services.

Questions and requests

Email victor@vallinor.net with “Privacy request” in the subject line to contact Victor Mandat, Founder, about this notice; request access to, correction of, or deletion of website-related personal information; or raise a privacy concern. We may need information to verify and understand a request. We will consider deletion requests alongside legal, security, dispute-resolution, and recordkeeping needs. You may also have a right to contact the privacy regulator with jurisdiction over your concern.

Changes

We may update this notice when website practices change. We will post the revised version here and update the “Last updated” date.
