We build AI software around those connections. Our products bring together document understanding, retrieval, and workflows for specific fields. The goal is straightforward: make the information people already have more useful.
Victor Mandat
A hands-on builder working across product, engineering, and infrastructure. Victor founded Vallinor to develop practical AI software, with a focus on document intelligence, agent workflows, and the systems that turn ideas into products.
Victor also leads ALATAR, Vallinor’s research program. Its two areas are VARIE, which studies how AI can use earlier experience, and MANWE, which studies how AI workers can coordinate complex projects.
